Floor Manager
Job Description
- Manage the day-to-day functioning of the OPD and its allied needs
- Co-ordinate the medical and administrative aspects of the Floor /Hospital
- Manage the general maintenance, supervise and guide the general maintenance team
- Manage, train and guide support staff to deliver quiet, efficient services
- Manage attendance, punctuality, absence, behavior, and attitude of related staff to ensure excellence at every Floor.
- Record, Report to HA weekly, monthly and as instructed – verbal and written reporting required

Job Specification
- A bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or related field. A Master's degree in healthcare management or a related field is a plus.
