- Identify opportunities for improvement, increase efficiencies, ensure cost optimization, and suggest management accordingly.
- Continuous monitoring and review for optimum utilization of resources including but not limited to manpower, tools, equipment, utilities, etc.
- Monitor and ensure productivity and profitability of the workshops of the region.
