Account Executive – Project

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive – Project to handle financial documentation, ensure project quality control, and assist with design coordination and tender evaluations. The role involves managing contractor invoicing, supplier payments, and fund requirements while maintaining accurate documentation and following up on margin money refunds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review financial documents for accuracy and compliance.
  • Oversee project quality control to ensure alignment with organizational standards.
  • Support design coordination and participate in tender evaluations.
  • Manage contractor invoicing and supplier payments, ensuring timely processing.
  • Monitor and ensure proper documentation of fund requirements.
  • Follow up on margin money refunds and maintain accurate records.

Academic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project accounting, financial documentation, or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with design coordination and tender evaluation processes is a plus.
