Account Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Account Manager to oversee financial document accuracy, prepare financial statements, manage audits, and support asset management tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and leadership skills to mentor contractor teams and efficiently manage project accounting and vendor invoicing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review financial documents and transactions for accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare detailed financial statements and reports.
  • Coordinate and manage audits, ensuring timely completion and compliance with standards.
  • Mentor contractor teams, providing guidance and support in financial operations.
  • Manage project accounting, ensuring budgets are tracked and maintained.
  • Oversee vendor invoices and payment processing.
  • Support and coordinate tasks related to asset management.

Academic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, or a related field.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial management, accounting, or a similar role.
  • Experience in managing audits and project accounting is preferred.
