We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts and Finance Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of financial operations, ensure compliance with regulations, and contribute to strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Monitor cash flow, banking operations, and ensure efficient fund management.
• Develop and implement financial policies, systems, and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
• Oversee tax compliance, including filing and auditing processes.
• Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team, ensuring optimal performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to support operational and strategic goals.
• Liaise with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree or CA/CPA preferred).

Experience Required:

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in accounting and finance roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
• Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and compliance.
