Administrative Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails.
  • Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and documents.

Academic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
