We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Administrative Officer to support the daily operations of our office. This role involves managing communication channels, coordinating appointments, handling purchase orders, and ensuring the office operates smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to maintain efficient office operations.
- Manage daily office activities, including emails, phone calls, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and organize office documentation.
- Handle various office tasks, such as filing, generating reports, and ordering supplies.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Prepare regularly scheduled reports and assist in report documentation.
- Manage purchase orders and coordinate with vendors for material procurement.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the team.
Academic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a Management field.
Experience Required
- More than 2 years of experience in an administrative role, ideally with experience in office management or support functions.
Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
