The Admission Lead plays a crucial role in leading and managing the admissions and sales team to achieve enrollment goals and drive revenue growth for our institution. This position requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership abilities, and expertise in both admissions processes and sales strategies in higher education.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans and goals for student recruitment and enrollment, aligning with institutional objectives and revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends, demographic data, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for recruitment and program expansion.
- Develop a strategy to optimize academic-led bootcamps and other activities, whether conducted on-campus or off-site.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the admissions and sales team, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
- Oversee the admissions process from prospect inquiry to enrollment, ensuring efficient workflow and a positive applicant experience.
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies, including outreach events, partnerships, and targeted marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze admissions and sales data, including conversion rates, enrollment trends, and revenue generation.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including prospective students, families, feeder schools and colleges, educational consultants, and industry partner.
- Monitor expenditures and financial performance, ensuring budgetary compliance and maximizing return on investment (ROI).
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and institutional policies related to admissions, enrollment, and sales activities.
Working Conditions:
- This role is primarily based in an office environment, with frequent travel required for recruitment events and external meetings.
- Flexible hours may be necessary, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate recruitment activities, admissions deadlines, and sales targets.
