We are looking for an experienced and dynamic After Sales Service Head to lead our after-sales service team. This role is crucial for ensuring high customer satisfaction by managing after-sales service operations, resolving customer complaints, and maintaining a strong customer care focus. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in service management, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of technical service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of after-sales service operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of field technicians, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.
- Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally, aiming for swift resolution and high customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline complaint handling processes and improve service efficiency.
- Maintain a customer-centric approach, ensuring all interactions are handled with empathy and professionalism.
- Evaluate and approve sales returns in line with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor service performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports for management review.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and quality assurance teams to address recurring issues and enhance product/service quality.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training and development opportunities for the after-sales service team.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance after-sales service management.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in after-sales service management or a similar role.
