Roles and Responsibilities:

• Examine and evaluate the relevancy and effectiveness of the existing system, process, standard operating procedures, and work instructions in coordination with the relevant department or unit.
• Development of new systems, policies, SOPs, flow charts and work instructions in coordination with the relevant department and ensuring their regular updates.
• Develop an effective and efficient process improvement system for carrying out the existing process to the optimum level.
• Plan and execute operational projects in such a way as to provide management with findings, evaluations and recommendations on the reliability and integrity of
• Financial information and compliance with plans, policies, procedures, government laws and regulations.
• The means established to safeguard the company’s assets have goals and objectives.
• Review operations and functional procedures in each department to analyze whether the results are as per the standard with current objectives and goals as well as whether these are carried out as planned.
• Ensure control mechanisms are operating effectively through investigation in any area of the company and report to management for necessary action.
•  Prioritize and focus on matters of significance.
• Demonstrate leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support from the management.
• Collect information through effective interviewing, listening, observation and inquiries.
• Maintain close contact with department heads to ensure procedures are followed and control mechanisms are followed.
• Manage healthy stakeholder relationships and conflicts of interest.
• Additional work assigned by immediate Manager.

Requirements:

Qualified CA(ACCA/ICAN/ICAI)

Excellent mathematical and decision-making skills.

Understand the manufacturing process.

Sound knowledge of national and international legislation.

Excellent computer knowledge and analytical skills.
