Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to a specific territory, aligned with the company’s overall mission and vision.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of area sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and nurturing new business opportunities.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track sales team performance, provide feedback, and optimize strategies to achieve desired KPIs and ROI.
  • Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and skill development to the sales team to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends and competition, adjusting sales strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Policy Updates: Review and revise sales policies and strategies to suit evolving business needs.

Academic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience Required

  • Proven experience in a similar role such as Area Sales Manager, Sales Team Leader, or Field Sales Manager.
  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
