We are seeking an Area Sales Manager with strong experience in driving sales, managing teams, and building customer relationships within the assigned area. The ideal candidate will contribute to achieving the company’s beverage sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets and grow revenue in the assigned geographical area.
- Supervise and guide Sales Executives to ensure timely target achievement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare periodic reports on achievements and challenges.
- Identify new business opportunities and execute area-specific sales strategies.
- Implement trade promotions and marketing campaigns to boost visibility and sales.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide insights for effective counter-strategies.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the beverage or FMCG industry.
- Experience in handling distributors and leading sales teams.
