We are seeking an experienced Asset Manager to oversee financial analysis, budgeting, and capital expenditure evaluations to enhance asset performance. The role involves collaboration with property managers, secretarial support, and coordination of asset management tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis and develop budgets to improve asset performance.
• Evaluate and manage capital expenditures and related projects.
• Collaborate with sister property asset managers to align strategies and practices.
• Provide support for company secretarial matters as needed.
• Review financial documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Mentor contractor teams and oversee project accounting.
• Manage audits, vendor invoices, and asset management coordination tasks.
• Prepare financial documents and ensure proper documentation for contractor invoicing, supplier payments, and fund requirements.
• Support design coordination, tender evaluations, and project quality control.
• Follow up on margin money refunds and ensure compliance with financial protocols.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience Required:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in asset management, financial analysis, or a related field.
• Experience in managing audits, vendor relations, and project accounting.
• Familiarity with design coordination, tender evaluations, and quality control in projects.
