Operate and monitor brewing equipment, including mash tunes, fermenters, and other related machinery.
Follow brewing recipes and procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
Adjust brewing parameters as needed based on process data and quality standards.
Conduct regular quality checks throughout the brewing process, including measuring specific gravity, pH levels, and other relevant metrics.
Ensure the final product meets company standards and regulatory requirements.
Perform routine maintenance on brewing equipment, including cleaning, sanitizing, and minor repairs.
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions or production issues promptly.
Maintain detailed records of brewing activities, including ingredient usage, process parameters, and production outcomes.
Brewery CIP process of all brew house tank & proper records keeping.
Work closely with other team members, including quality assurance, logistics, and maintenance staff.

Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical training or certification is a plus.
Skills & Experience: Previous experience in a brewing or production environment preferred; experience with brewing equipment and processes is advantageous.
Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow detailed procedures.
Certification from a brewing school or program.
Experience with specific brewing software or technologies.
Knowledge of beverage industry standards and regulations.
Working Conditions:
The position may require working in shifts, including nights, weekends, and Public holiday.
