The ideal candidate will have a strong background in identifying business opportunities, forging partnerships, and implementing strategic plans to enhance market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and create business opportunities, including mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships that align with company objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to identify new business prospects.
- Formulate and execute growth strategies, including go-to-market plans for automotive lubricant products.
- Negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and distributors to ensure favorable terms and long-term business growth.
- Collaborate with operations, sales, and other business units to design effective sales and strategic plans.
- Monitor business performance metrics and implement measures to close performance gaps.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, preferably within the automotive or lubricant industry.
