We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our ambitious hotel development projects across Nepal. Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership and Management

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy for the hotel portfolio
  • Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

2. Financial Performance

  • Drive profitability through effective financial management and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring sustainable growth.

3. Business Development

  • Identify new business opportunities and expand your market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and clients.
  • Lead marketing and sales initiatives to maximize revenue.

4. Operational Oversight

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Implement best practices in hospitality management and guest services.
  • Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to improve operational effectiveness.

5. Team Leadership

  • Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing management team.

5. Qualifications:

  • Professional certifications in hospitality management or related disciplines are a plus.
