We are seeking a highly accomplished and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial operations and drive financial performance in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, a proven track record in financial management, and the ability to navigate the dynamic environment of the hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve the company’s short-term and long-term objectives.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Manage financial risk, develop policies, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Analyze financial performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide actionable insights to the executive team.
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with industry standards.
- Optimize cash flow management and working capital to maintain financial stability and growth.
- Drive cost control initiatives and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Oversee tax planning, audits, and ensure adherence to local and international financial regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
- Manage relationships with investors, lenders, and other financial stakeholders.

Academic Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CA/CPA/CFA certification preferred).
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
