Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Job Description

We are seeking a highly accomplished and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial operations and drive financial performance in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, a proven track record in financial management, and the ability to navigate the dynamic environment of the hospitality sector.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve the company’s short-term and long-term objectives.
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Manage financial risk, develop policies, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze financial performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide actionable insights to the executive team.
  • Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with industry standards.
  • Optimize cash flow management and working capital to maintain financial stability and growth.
  • Drive cost control initiatives and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Oversee tax planning, audits, and ensure adherence to local and international financial regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
  • Manage relationships with investors, lenders, and other financial stakeholders.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team to enhance overall organizational financial capabilities.

Academic Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CA/CPA/CFA certification preferred).

Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven experience in the hospitality industry is highly desirable.
