We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee and lead the financial operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in financial management, strategic planning, and risk management, coupled with strong leadership skills to drive financial efficiency and ensure sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Oversee accounting operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.
• Monitor and manage the company’s financial performance, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow.
• Evaluate and mitigate financial risks while ensuring the company’s financial stability.
• Establish robust internal controls and financial procedures.
• Drive initiatives for cost optimization and process improvement.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategic business plans and identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions.
• Ensure timely preparation and presentation of financial reports to the board of directors.

Academic Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

Experience Required:

• A minimum of 10+ years of progressive financial experience, including leadership roles.
