We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Country Sales Manager to lead and oversee our sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth and building strong client relationships within the construction materials or related industries. This role requires strategic leadership, operational excellence, and exceptional communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve organizational goals and revenue targets.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team by recruiting, training, and mentoring team members.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to expand the company's footprint.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and distributors.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to guide sales strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate sales team performance, ensuring accountability and achievement of KPIs.
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and operations, to align sales efforts with business objectives.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations.
Academic Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field.
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
