We are seeking an experienced and strategic Deputy General Manager (DGM) for our HR and Recruitment division. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in human resource management, recruitment strategies, and employee development, with a proven track record in leading HR initiatives and driving organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the overall HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
- Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and procedures to support business objectives.
- Lead the recruitment team in identifying and hiring top talent to meet client needs and company growth targets.
- Collaborate with department heads to assess workforce requirements and develop effective HR strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate HR metrics, such as employee retention rates and recruitment efficiency, to improve HR processes.
- Implement employee development and training programs to enhance skills and increase productivity.
- Manage HR budgets, forecast staffing needs, and ensure legal compliance in all HR activities.
Academic Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 8 years in HR management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
