We are seeking a skilled and experienced Embryologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical embryology and life sciences, with expertise in gamete handling, embryo culture, fertilization, ICSI, and hatching. This role requires a professional who is capable of managing delicate processes in assisted reproduction, ensuring high standards of quality and care in laboratory procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform ovum pickups, with a minimum of 50 completed procedures as per ART Act requirements.
- Handle gametes (eggs and sperm) for fertilization and embryo culture.
- Monitor and manage embryo development, ensuring optimal conditions for fertilization and culture.
- Perform Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI) and related procedures.
- Conduct embryo hatching and ensure successful implantation.
- Maintain and update accurate patient records, including documentation of procedures and outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with medical and laboratory teams to optimize patient care and outcomes.
- Adhere to all safety and regulatory protocols in the laboratory environment.
Academic Qualifications:
- MSc in Clinical Embryology (minimum 3 years of experience with 50 ovum pickups).
- MSc in Life Science (minimum 5 years of experience with 50 ovum pickups).
Experience Required:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical embryology, with at least 50 ovum pickups (for candidates with an MSc in Clinical Embryology).
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in embryology with an MSc in Life Science and at least 50 ovum pickups.
- Proven experience in handling gametes, embryo culture, and performing ICSI.
