Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Leadership

    • Develop and execute the company's business strategies to achieve organizational goals.
    • Drive growth by identifying new business opportunities and overseeing the implementation of expansion initiatives.
    • Work closely with senior management and the board of directors to align operations with company vision and mission.
  2. Operational Oversight

    • Oversee the daily operations of the manufacturing plant to ensure efficiency and productivity.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for production, quality, delivery, and cost management.
    • Ensure smooth coordination between departments, including production, procurement, quality control, and logistics.
  3. Team Management and Development

    • Lead and mentor a team of managers and staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
    • Promote effective communication across all levels of the organization.
  4. Production and Quality Assurance

    • Ensure production targets are met on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
    • Implement and oversee quality control measures to meet customer and regulatory standards.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and minimize waste.
  5. Financial Management

    • Prepare and manage budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability.
    • Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and take corrective actions when necessary.
    • Provide regular financial and operational reports to senior management.
  6. Supply Chain and Vendor Management

    • Oversee procurement and inventory management to ensure the timely availability of raw materials.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers.
    • Optimize supply chain processes to reduce costs and improve delivery efficiency.
  7. Compliance and Risk Management

    • Ensure compliance with local and international laws, regulations, and industry standards.
    • Oversee health, safety, and environmental initiatives to maintain a safe workplace.
    • Identify and mitigate operational risks to minimize disruptions.
  8. Customer Focus and Market Growth

    • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to understand market demands and customer expectations.
    • Ensure timely delivery of products while maintaining customer satisfaction.
    • Participate in strategic discussions to expand the company’s market presence and product portfolio.
  9. Innovation and Technology

    • Promote the adoption of new technologies to improve operational efficiency and product quality.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into the organization.
    • Lead digital transformation initiatives, including ERP implementation and data analytics.

Job Requirements

  • Education:
    Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 15 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
    • Proven track record of 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Skills and Competencies:

    • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
    • Expertise in production planning, supply chain management, and quality assurance.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and data analytics tools.
    • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Other Requirements:

    • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and ISO certifications.
    • Ability to manage multi-location operations.
    • Knowledge of sustainable and lean manufacturing practices.
