Head of Digital Media

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Head of Digital Media to lead and manage all aspects of digital marketing and media strategy. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital channels, a proven track record of successful campaigns, and exceptional leadership skills to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across various digital platforms, including websites, social media, search engines, and mobile apps.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel digital campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and digital advertising.
  • Manage and enhance the organization’s digital presence, ensuring alignment with the overall brand strategy and business objectives.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to recommend innovative strategies and solutions.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and present regular performance insights to senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital touchpoints.

Academic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Advertising, or a related field.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, media planning, or related fields.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies that drive results.
  • Previous experience in media or advertising agencies is a strong advantage.
