We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Sales to lead our sales department in the ISP (Internet Service Provider) industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving strategic growth, managing a high-performing sales team, and ensuring exceptional customer acquisition and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing clients.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement effective sales campaigns.
- Monitor key sales metrics and prepare detailed performance reports for senior management.
- Oversee the customer onboarding process and ensure a smooth experience for all clients.
- Ensure the sales team is proficient in promoting and selling ISP products and services.
- Manage budgets and forecasts for the sales department.
- Build partnerships with stakeholders to expand the company's market reach.
Academic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Experience Required
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3+ years in a leadership position, preferably in the ISP or telecommunications industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
