We are looking for an HR & Admin Officer to oversee employee relations, recruitment, and office administration, ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain employee records and manage HR policies.
- Handle payroll processing and leave management.
- Address employee grievances and ensure workplace compliance.
- Support general administrative tasks such as office management and coordination.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in HR and administration.
