Human Resources Officer

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Human Resources Officer to manage HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, and policy development. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR functions and the ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Administer employee onboarding, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Manage payroll, benefits, and leave administration.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Address employee queries and resolve workplace issues.

Academic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience Required:
