We are seeking a dynamic and creative Leisure & Activation Manager to oversee and enhance our leisure activities and activation strategies. This role requires an innovative professional who can design, implement, and manage unique guest experiences while ensuring operational excellence in leisure programs and activations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute engaging leisure programs and activation campaigns tailored to guests' preferences.
- Manage all aspects of leisure activities, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality activations and events.
- Analyze market trends and guest feedback to refine and improve leisure programs continuously.
- Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and operational standards during leisure activities and activations.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of staff members to provide exceptional service and memorable guest experiences.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote leisure and activation initiatives across various platforms.
- Monitor program performance and prepare detailed reports on guest satisfaction and financial outcomes.
Academic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience Required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in leisure management, event planning, or activation roles in hospitality, tourism, or related industries.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful leisure and activation strategies.
