We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Head to lead our marketing initiatives, drive brand growth, and execute strategic campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership, creativity, and analytical skills to position the company as a market leader.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business goals and increase brand awareness.
- Oversee all aspects of marketing, including branding, advertising, digital marketing, content creation, events, and PR.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team to deliver high-performing campaigns and initiatives.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with sales and overall company objectives.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively to optimize ROI on campaigns and activities.
- Develop and monitor KPIs to evaluate the performance of campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Foster relationships with external agencies, media partners, and stakeholders for effective campaign execution.
- Ensure consistency in messaging, branding, and positioning across all channels and platforms.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Experience Required:
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in marketing roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
- Proven experience in managing brand strategy, campaigns, and cross-functional projects.
- Prior experience in FMCG, retail, or relevant industries is preferred.
