Marketing Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and innovative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and lead generation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital and traditional marketing strategies, with proven expertise in managing campaigns that deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies, including digital and traditional channels, to promote the brand, sellers, and products.
  • Develop and implement strategies to generate high-quality leads that contribute to increased conversions and sales growth.
  • Oversee campaigns across social media, email marketing, search engines, and other platforms to maximize engagement and ROI.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to optimize marketing strategies and campaign effectiveness.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions to develop innovative ideas and campaigns for enhancing brand visibility.
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources for maximum impact.
  • Identify and leverage emerging technologies and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to stakeholders, showcasing campaign performance and future strategies.

Academic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven success in managing digital marketing campaigns with a focus on lead generation and brand building, preferably for IT-based or E-commerce products.
