National Sales Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic National Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the piping and fitting industry. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee distribution channels and ensure efficient operations using the Distribution Management System (DMS).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners to expand market presence.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve high performance and growth.
  • Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to meet changing demands and competition.

Academic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Master’s degree preferred).

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in the piping and fitting industry.
