Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve national sales targets.
- Manage and oversee distribution channels and ensure efficient operations using the Distribution Management System (DMS).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners to expand market presence.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve high performance and growth.
- Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to meet changing demands and competition.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Master’s degree preferred).
Experience Required:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in the piping and fitting industry.
