The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, strong proficiency in SFA/DMS, and expertise in utilizing modern technology tools to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective national sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to drive performance and ensure the achievement of sales targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and improve market share.
- Oversee the use of SFA/DMS systems to streamline sales operations and improve productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to senior management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in sales management within the FMCG sector, with a proven track record of driving national-level sales.
