National Sales Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced National Sales Manager with an FMCG background to drive sales at a national level. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, strong proficiency in SFA/DMS, and expertise in utilizing modern technology tools to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective national sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to drive performance and ensure the achievement of sales targets.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and improve market share.
  • Oversee the use of SFA/DMS systems to streamline sales operations and improve productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
  • Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to senior management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Academic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in sales management within the FMCG sector, with a proven track record of driving national-level sales.
