We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate daily office administration, banking operations, factory management, and inter-departmental activities, including finance, accounts, and HR. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in operations management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth administration.
- Coordinate with banks for financial transactions and other related activities.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination between the factory and other departments.
- Oversee the activities of finance, accounts, and HR teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures for efficiency.
- Monitor and report on operational performance and propose improvements.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards.
- Handle cross-departmental communication and support to streamline processes.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
Experience Required:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or a related role.
