We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Order-to-Cash (OTC) Supervisor to oversee the end-to-end OTC process, ensuring efficient operations, timely invoicing, and exceptional customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in financial and operational processes, and the ability to lead a dynamic team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Management: Supervise the order lifecycle, ensuring accurate order entry, processing, and timely fulfillment.
- Invoicing and Billing: Oversee invoicing accuracy and timely generation of invoices, coordinating with the accounts receivable team.
- Accounts Receivable: Monitor receivables, track payments, and follow up on overdue accounts to minimize delays and bad debts.
- Customer Support: Address customer inquiries and resolve billing disputes efficiently to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement in OTC workflows and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate and review OTC performance reports, analyzing key metrics such as DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) and order accuracy.
- Compliance: Ensure all OTC activities comply with company policies, financial regulations, and audit requirements.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the OTC team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with sales, supply chain, finance, and customer service teams to streamline processes and address any bottlenecks.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Experience Required:
- 5+ years of experience in order-to-cash or accounts receivable processes, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience in working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is highly preferred.
