We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Procurement Manager to lead and manage the procurement process for our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in sourcing, supplier management, and cost optimization, ensuring seamless supply chain operations to support production goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business goals and manufacturing needs.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
- Manage the procurement process, including purchase orders, contracts, and supplier relationships.
- Monitor and control procurement budgets while identifying opportunities for cost savings.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in procurement practices.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and quality assurance teams to ensure uninterrupted supply chain operations.
- Analyze market trends and assess risks to ensure strategic sourcing and supplier diversification.
- Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, cost analysis, and supplier performance.
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems to avoid overstocking or shortages.
- Resolve supplier-related issues, such as delivery delays or quality discrepancies, promptly and efficiently.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in procurement, specifically in the manufacturing industry.
