We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Program Coordinator to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of programs and activities. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and communicate with teachers, students, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless program execution.
- Plan and manage program activities, ensuring alignment with goals and objectives.
- Prepare, design, and deliver professional presentations to stakeholders and participants.
- Assist in program organization, including scheduling, logistics, and event management.
- Maintain accurate records of program activities, budgets, and outcomes.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend process enhancements for better program efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with program policies and procedures.
- Provide timely updates and reports to senior management on program performance.
Academic Qualifications:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in an academic field or related discipline.
Experience Required:
- Proven experience as a Program Coordinator or a similar role.
- Knowledge of program management and development procedures.
- Demonstrated experience in planning and executing events or programs.
