Regional Head

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Regional Head to oversee operations in the East, Mid, or West region. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, optimizing operational efficiency, and driving regional growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, strategic planning, and collaboration skills to align regional activities with company goals. This position requires extensive travel within the region and a two-wheeler with a valid license.

Key Responsibilities:

Regional Operations Management:

  • Oversee daily operations in the assigned region, ensuring smooth functioning and compliance with company policies.
  • Manage and monitor operational budgets, optimizing resource use and implementing cost-effective practices.
  • Conduct regular audits to maintain quality control, operational standards, and compliance with regulations.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Recruit, train, and develop regional team members, focusing on skill enhancement and performance.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to foster a motivated and high-performing team.
  • Set clear goals and KPIs for team members and conduct regular performance reviews.

Sales and Business Development:

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the customer base.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to optimize offerings.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Act as the company’s primary representative in the region, ensuring positive client relations.

Strategic Planning and Reporting:

  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives aligned with corporate goals to drive regional growth.
  • Provide regular reports on sales, operations, and other key metrics to senior management.
  • Monitor regional trends and recommend adjustments to strategies as needed.

Financial Management:

  • Manage the regional budget, ensuring expenses align with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with the finance team for forecasting, cost control, and maximizing profitability.

Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and local laws.
  • Identify regional risks and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.

Academic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 8-10 years in regional management, sales, or operations with proven success.

Reports To:

  • National Head or Regional Director

Additional Requirements:

  • Two-wheeler with a valid driving license
