We are looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to drive sales performance and oversee operations in the designated region. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in leading teams, achieving targets, and expanding market presence in the beverage industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional targets and drive revenue growth.
- Manage, train, and motivate a team of Area Sales Managers and Sales Executives to meet objectives.
- Monitor regional sales performance, analyze data, and provide timely reports to senior management.
- Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders in the beverage market.
- Identify market trends, opportunities, and competitive activities to create actionable plans.
- Ensure effective implementation of sales promotions and marketing strategies.
- Monitor stock availability and resolve supply chain issues within the region.
- Drive team performance through goal-setting, coaching, and performance evaluations.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Experience Required:
- Minimum 7-10 years of sales experience in the beverage or FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large teams.
