We are seeking a highly experienced Zonal Sales Manager to oversee and drive sales operations in Province 1 and Province 2. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the liquor industry, strong leadership skills, and the ability to execute strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement long-term and short-term business development goals.
- Strategize and execute sales plans to meet revenue and profit objectives.
- Analyze and review the implementation of business strategies and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the sales team to conduct promotional activities and enhance market penetration.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by collecting feedback from team members.
- Monitor monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales performance.
- Maintain healthy communication and relationships with team members and stakeholders.
- Participate in monthly, quarterly, and yearly company meetings.
- Contribute to brand-building efforts through sales events and promotional activities.
- Track distributor collection plans and ensure timely claim settlements.
- Coordinate between the company and sales employees regularly.
- Analyze competitor activities, products, and services.
- Maintain a balance between corporate and field responsibilities.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Reporting Manager.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role within the liquor industry.
