Sales Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth for a leading logistics company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, excellent negotiation skills, and an in-depth understanding of the logistics and supply chain industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Identify new business opportunities in the logistics sector, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution services.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team targets, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements, ensuring mutual satisfaction and alignment with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Academic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
  • A Master’s degree or equivalent would be an advantage.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record in the logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry.
