Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with buyers regularly to ensure continued satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.
• Contribute to dealership sales data by accurately filling out standard reports.
• Conduct cold calls to identify and engage potential buyers when required.
• Demonstrate vehicle features and options to customers, ensuring a clear understanding of available inventory.
• Maintain proper and professional communication with customers and the dealership team.
• Answer customer queries related to financing and other optional financial products.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Experience Required:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in machine sales or a related field.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Valid two-wheeler driving license with ownership of a personal vehicle.
