Sales Officer
Job Description
- Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other lead generation strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at construction companies, contractors, and other potential clients.
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales progress using CRM software.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities and inform sales strategies.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms and close deals to achieve sales targets.
