We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Commercial & Business Development Manager to spearhead our business growth and commercial strategies in the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, sales management, and strategic planning. This role requires strong leadership abilities, market insight, and the ability to foster long-term relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in line with company goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
- Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute promotional campaigns.
- Manage pricing strategies and ensure alignment with profitability targets.
- Prepare detailed business forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.

Academic Qualifications:

Experience Required:
