Senior Manager

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Industrial Sales:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence in the industrial sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, highlighting the features and benefits of industrial products.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed sales proposals and quotations tailored to customer requirements.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to secure profitable deals.
  • Track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and maintain accurate sales records.

Spare Parts Management:

  • Oversee the inventory of spare parts, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet service demands.
  • Implement efficient ordering processes to minimize lead times and reduce inventory costs.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of parts.
  • Analyze inventory usage patterns to optimize stock levels and reduce excess inventory.
  • Maintain an up-to-date parts catalog and ensure accurate part identification for customers and internal teams.

After-Sales Service:

  • Manage after-sales service operations to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial equipment.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive after-sales service programs and maintenance plans.
  • Monitor and report on after-sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in products and services.
  • Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys to measure and enhance service quality.
  • Maintain proactive communication with customers to anticipate needs and address potential issues before they escalate.
  • Lead, mentor, and train the sales and after-sales team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
  • Set performance goals and conduct regular performance evaluations to ensure team effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales and after-sales teams.
  • Empower team members by delegating responsibilities and authority to encourage professional growth and accountability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering.
  • Above 8 to 10 Years of Experience.
  • In-depth technical knowledge of Industrial Product sales.
  • Purely sales acumen

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
