  • Implementation of best practices, policies, processes, and procedures to aid and improve the performance of the workshops of the dedicated region.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement, increase efficiencies, ensure cost optimization, and suggest management accordingly.
  • Continuous monitoring and review for optimum utilization of resources including but not limited to manpower, tools, equipment, utilities, etc.
  • Monitor and ensure productivity and profitability of the workshops of the region.
