Senior Manager - Project Sales
Job Description
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company-wide project sales targets and revenue goals.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and drive growth.
- Provide leadership and direction to the project sales team, setting clear objectives and performance metrics.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics to assess team performance and sales effectiveness.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to executive leadership.
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and improve overall sales performance.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market segments.
- Develop strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance market presence and drive growth.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
