Roles and Responsibilities:
- Meet monthly & annual targets for sales, visits & inquiries.
- Handle the sales team & effective mobilization.
- Training of sales team regularly.
- Report management and the principal company in a timely manner as & when required.
- Handle each & every inquiry till job completion & receipt of payment.
- Should be highly target-oriented & believe in a performance-based culture.
- Should be able to work odd hours and/or flexible timing.
- Should be flexible in aggressive traveling.
- Should be able to work under pressure.
- Should be well versed in MS Office applications.
