We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Sales Manager to lead and manage the sales team in the elevator and escalator segment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales, inquiry handling, project management, and maintaining strong relationships with institutional businesses and government agencies. This role requires exceptional communication skills, analytical thinking, and a performance-driven mindset to meet ambitious sales targets while ensuring a collaborative and motivated team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Target Achievement:
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets, including visits, inquiries, and project conversions.
- Handle each inquiry thoroughly, ensuring job completion and payment collection.
Team Management:
- Lead and mobilize the sales team effectively.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and performance of the team.
Client and Relationship Management:
- Maintain and strengthen positive relationships with institutional businesses, government agencies, and principal companies.
- Ensure client satisfaction and maintain a strong network of stakeholders.
Reporting and Collaboration:
- Prepare and submit timely reports to the management team and principal company.
- Collaborate effectively across all organizational levels to ensure smooth project execution.
Process and Workflow Management:
- Oversee and manage sales inquiries from initiation to completion.
- Optimize processes for better efficiency and outcome.
Flexibility and Commitment:
- Demonstrate flexibility in working hours and willingness to travel aggressively.
- Exhibit resilience and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Proficiency:
- Ensure the effective use of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.
Academic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Experience Required
- A minimum of 7 to 8 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the elevator, escalator, or related industry.
- Demonstrated success in project management and inquiry handling.
