We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as Showroom Sales Staff. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience in our showroom.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Assistance:

   • Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding suitable products.
   • Understand customer needs and provide expert advice on products.

2. Product Promotion:

   • Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers.
   • Recommend products that meet customers' preferences and budgets.

3. Sales Execution:

   • Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
   • Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

4. Showroom Maintenance:

   • Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing showroom display.
   • Restock products and ensure shelves are well-stocked and labeled.

5. Customer Relationship Management:

   • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
   • Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

6. Team Collaboration:

   • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve showroom objectives.
   • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum educational qualification: 10+2 (Higher Secondary) in any stream (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Proven experience in retail or sales (experience in home appliances, electronics, or similar products is a plus).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to understand and articulate product features and benefits.
• Proficiency in operating sales software or POS systems.
