Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts and gather stakeholder feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to translate business requirements into functional designs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine designs based on user feedback.
- Maintain consistency in design elements by adhering to branding guidelines and design systems.
- Optimize designs for responsiveness, accessibility, and performance across various devices and platforms.
- Stay updated on UI/UX design trends, tools, and techniques to bring innovative ideas to the table.
- Provide design documentation and specifications for developers to ensure proper implementation.
- Analyze user behavior and feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects.
Skills:
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and usability testing methodologies.
- Expertise in creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
