Growth Leadership Academy (GLA), was first introduced as the training and development wing of Growth Sellers Pvt. Ltd. encompassing a wide range of soft and hard skills training and development programs that most organizations find to be an integral and necessary part of their everyday business since 2008, in Nepalese arena. Later on, as maturated by its services and on client’s demand & preference it was established as a different entity on Nov 10th, 2016. GLA is now renowned as a sister-concern of Growth Sellers dedicated to offering training and development programs to empower, minimize the performance gap, and enhance professional competencies within the organization.

Since 2008, the academy has conducted over 200+ programs and trained over 5,000+ human capital on various skill enhancement training across the country. The academy has been providing training on over 100 different skill enhancement areas from leadership, change management, Six Sigma Certification, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, corporate governance, and personal skill development to name a few. Today the academy works with more than 100 clients from the public and private sectors to small start-ups and multinational enterprises.
